What a CTO alert means

A CTO alert means the community took over a token after the original team left.

Day to day, project signals show what the people behind a token are doing: paying for promotion, updating links, relaunching or moving supply. Omen Oracle follows CTO on Solana for those actions.

Put simply, deployer moves, relaunches and paid promotion are all public on Solana. Omen Oracle collects them from CTO and checks them against holders and liquidity.

Quick test: Read the deployer's history: earlier launches, how long they lasted and how they ended. Check who paid for the boost and whether the same wallet holds supply.

The filter

Omen Oracle does not show every CTO alert. It applies one fixed screen, and the live board above uses the same rule:

  • market cap at least $10.0K
  • liquidity at least $10.0K

Checked against the latest 48 alerts in the lane (about 11 hours): 48 passed. The passing group sat at a median $43.5K cap with $20.5K in the pool and roughly 195 holders. None of the 48 lane alerts had liquidity below a tenth of the market cap. The median top-10 holder share across the lane was 25 %.

Values measured on 2026-09-23 from the Empire feed. The screen is a filter, not a recommendation.

A ten-minute check

The same short routine, every time.

#Check
1Re-check the token an hour later; many setups change fast.
2Search the contract in the Empire Telegram network to see other alerts on it.
3Read the top ten holders and remove pools and burn addresses from the count.
4Look for bundled launch buys: several wallets buying in the same block.
5Compare volume with liquidity and holder growth.
6Size the position so a total loss does not change your week.

Before you ask

What is Omen Oracle?

It is one of the Empire's public desks. It watches CTO alerts on Solana, prints them live and explains how to check each one.

How often does a CTO alert reach 2x?

In the last 7 measured days, 24 % of CTO alerts on Solana reached 2x within 24 hours (76 tokens). The same share can be very different next week.

Is Omen Oracle financial advice?

No. The desk shows data and a checking method. It does not recommend buying or selling anything.

What does 'dead' mean on the scoreboard?

A token counts as dead when its market cap falls 80 % or more from the first alert, drops under $5K, or its pool loses its liquidity.
